Here at Dunlop we offer more than just lap swimming when it comes to staying fit and healthy. We also have a range of different Aqua Aerobics sessions on offer run by our own instructors as well as several sessions each week run by the Brisbane City Council. 


Aqua Aerobics

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.00 - 7.00pm

Aqua Aerobics is a fun and gentle workout suitable for all fitness levels. Combining strength building, muscle endurance, and cardio exercises.

If you're looking for a low impact workout, you cant go past Aqua!



Deep Water Running

Wednesdays 10.15 - 11.00am

Non impact workout that can really push the boundaries of your fitness. It is also a great form or rehabilitation for runners.

Flotation belts are supplied by us however you are more than welcome to bring your own if you have own.



Brisbane City Council Classes
